All our textiles are handcrafted. This means that there will be occasional variations and deviations that are a characteristic of a unique work of art.
Ordering and Payment
All prices shown on our website are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST (goods and services tex).
Payment can be made during the checkout process using:

We collect the information that is required to process and despatch your order, as well as to contact you if we have any queries about your order. We don't disclose any personal information about our customers to any third party nor do we use your email address to send you material without your permission. We are committed to protecting your privacy and providing security for your credit card details
Postage and handling
For delivery within Australia, postage and packaging is 12% of the goods total, with a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $35.00.
A shipping surcharge will be added to the cost of all framed textiles . Fabric of Life will contact you via email after you place your order to confirm shipping charges with you prior to processing the purchase.
For international orders please contact us for postage and insurance costs.
As qualified textile conservators we know how to carefully pack your goods for shipping. However, should your items arrive to you damaged please contact us immediately.
Returns Policy
We understand that you may receive an item that doesn’t meet your expectations for any number of reasons.
We will accept all items for return for any reason and provide a full refund provided that the items are returned within 14 days, unused and undamaged. We will cover the cost of return postage if you include your receipt in the parcel.
Please contact us to advise that you will be returning the goods so we know they are on their way and we can confirm their receipt.
Please note that refunds to credit cards can only be made to the card account that made the original purchase. |
